PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device facilitating maintenance. SOLUTION: The opening/closing device 1 comprises an opening/closing body 5 moved upward to open an opening and moved downward to close the opening, and a guide body 21 guiding the opening/closing body 5. The guide body 21 has an outer frame 22 and a guide rail 23 integrally provided at the outer frame 22. A base plate 12 at the lower end of the opening/closing body 5 is provided with an engaging body 15. The upper end of the outer frame 22 of the guide body 21 is detachably provided with an engagement body 41 abutting on and engaged with the engaging body 15 when opening the opening, to regulate upward movement of the opening/closing body 5.
