A server device is provided with a recording means wherein first and second recording areas for recording photographed images transferred from an electronic camera are set; a registering means for registering a user of the electronic camera in accordance with a user registration instruction; and a recording control means. The recording control means records the photographed image on the first recording area before the user registration is performed by the registering means, and after the user registration is performed by the registering means, the recording control means transfers the photographed images which have been recorded on the first recording area to the second recoding area, and records the photographed image on the second recording area. |
