<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioactive therapeutic substance free from serious side effect and having high safety even when used regularly over a long period by using a material derived from natural products or a compounded medicine derived from western medicines which have been used hitherto in a trace amount without using medicines such as steroidal medicines and immunosuppressants in large amounts like western science. <P>SOLUTION: The bioactive therapeutic substance for ameliorating autoimmune diseases comprises either one of a therapeutic tea containing rosemary and a chemical compounded medicine or a combination thereof.
