<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a customer as the object of calling to listen to a notification sound, and to make it hard for the other customers to listen to it in order to prevent the other customers from being given any sense of incompatibility. <P>SOLUTION: This reception guiding system includes a plurality of gate devices 107-1 to 107-4 having radio IC tag readers/writers for issuing an reception ticket incorporated with a radio IC tag to a customer, and for performing radio transmission and reception with the radio IC tag in a facility.
