<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous annealing facility with which the development of stretcher strain and wrinkle pattern in a baking-hardened steel sheet can be prevented by eliminating uneven temperature in the width direction of a steel strip in a rapid cooling zone outlet side having a gas-jet cooling facility. <P>SOLUTION: In the continuous annealing facility provided with at least heating zone, soaking zone and rapid-cooling zone; the continuous annealing facility has the peculiarity, in which the rapid-cooling zone is provided with the gas-jet cooling facility and also, one pair or more seal-rolls are arranged at the inlet and the outlet of the rapid-cooling zone and further, bridle-roll unit constituted of two or more of the bridle rolls are disposed at the front and rear parts of the rapid-cooling zone and also, the bridle-roll unit at the rear part of the rapid-cooling zone has two or more of heating rolls having an induction-heating device in the inner part and further, the winding angle of the heating roll is≥100 degrees per each heating roll and≥380 degrees the total of the whole heating rolls. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
