<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and equipment for improving a global warming and an air pollution. <P>SOLUTION: A thermal exhaust gas produced by a thermal energy device is introduced into an exhaust boost unit, and is compressed therein and the thermal waste gas is fully pressurized into a liquid medium and mixing atomization, pollutants in the thermal waste gas and hyperthermia generated by combustion are attached and absorbed to the liquid medium, the pollutants are removed by allowing the same to pass through an absorbing dust unit, and a moistened/hot pure air is discharged into the atmospheric air. If the air is lifted to a high altitude in the sky, it is cooled down to become rain or snow, which drops to the ground to cool the temperature of the atmospheric air.
