POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use power generation of a power generating element even if a power generation amount of the power generating element is not sufficiently much. SOLUTION: A capacity value of a smoothing capacity element 4 stabilizing voltage obtained from a solar battery 3 is set in such a way that a charge accumulated in the smoothing capacity element 4 at every switching period of the switching element in a boosting circuit part 5 becomes larger than a product of consumption current consumed by a switching operation of the switching element in the switching period and the switching period in a power supply circuit 1. The boosting circuit part 5 boosts voltage stabilized by the smoothing capacity element 4 by the switching operation of the switching element by control of an oscillation circuit part 8. Power supply to the oscillation circuit part 8 is controlled by using a plurality of thresholds by a control circuit part 9. A power supply circuit part 6 generates constant voltage from output voltage of the boosting circuit part 5 and supplies it to a load circuit 2 and a secondary battery 7. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
