PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a base station capable of accurately identifying a user. SOLUTION: The base station according to the present invention is equipped with a controller 16 which produces information on an antenna combination, a synthesizing unit 12 which synthesizes received signals detected for each antenna in every antenna combination, a decoder 13 which performs an error-correction decoding process independently for each of the data synthesized, an error detector 14 which performs an error detection process independently for each of the results decoded, and a user identifying unit 15 which extracts the decoded results where no error has been detected from among each of the detected results and then identifies users of communication target from the decoded results extracted and further detects the antenna combination employed for communication with the users identified to inform the antenna combination of each of the users and the decoded results to the controller 16.
