PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer using a wooden sheet, the electroacoustic transducer being characterized in that the wooden sheet never breaks in a metal die during heat press forming, burning attachment of lubricant on the metal die during the heat press forming does not occur, and also deformation such as warpage hardly occurs. SOLUTION: The electrostatic transducer has the electroacoustic transducer diaphragm 701 for the electroacoustic transducer having a first stuck sheet including a first wooden sheet 2a, a sheet member 4 which has a first main surface and a second main surface opposed to the first main surface and has the first main surface bonded to the first wooden sheet 2a, and is made of a material different from the first wooden sheet 2a, and a second wooden sheet 2b bonded to the second main surface, and the stuck sheet 1 containing a solution containing a penetrant or a solution containing a penetrant and a swellant is formed in a predetermined shape as a diaphragm through primary heat press deformation.
