PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device in which the spacers are formed in consideration of the manufacturing cost and the improvement of a margin for manufacturing good-quality articles. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device made by attaching a first substrate and a second substrate includes: first bead spacers which are arranged on a first part formed so as to be swollen in the direction facing the second substrate on the first substrate; and second bead spacers which are arranged on a second part formed more thinly than the first part on the first substrate.
