PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye lens forwarding system which is suitable for folding a lens and has a plurality of inner elastic wipers. SOLUTION: The eye lens forwarding device comprises a plunger rod furnished with a plurality of elastic wipers which are slidably engaged by friction with the inner hole of a hand piece in the forwarding system, wherein the elastic wipers are positioned within the inner hole and slidably engaged with the plunger rod by friction. The shape, scale, or material quality (elastic modulus) of the wipers may be adjusted to change and control the friction engagement given by the wipers. The wipers help providing a user with a feed back and supplying the plunger rod with a power which is uniform and consistent over the whole region for the plunger rod to move.
