PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a carbon nanotube dispersion in which the carbon nanotube is dispersed in such a state that the carbon nanotube can exhibit its characteristics more suitably. SOLUTION: The method for producing the carbon nanotube dispersion comprises: a step S10 of putting the carbon nanotube to be dispersed in a vessel together with a liquid medium such as water; a step S20 of agitating the contents in the vessel by rotating an agitator at a high rotational speed (preferably at ≥10,000 rpm); and, if necessary, a step S30 of treating the high-speed agitated contents with ultrasonic waves. When the step S30 is carried out, the carbon nanotube dispersion can be produced in which the carbon nanotube is dispersed highly. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
