PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector inserting fixture capable of simply and surely performing an inserting operation of a connector without damaging neighboring members. SOLUTION: The inserting operation of the connector is carried out by inserting the connector inserting fixture 2 when the first connector CON1 is inserted into the second connector CON2. A spacer 25 is prepared in the connector inserting fixture 2 to control an inserting stroke between a base 20 supporting a board 110A from its lower side and a pushing-down plate in a process of inserting so as not to deform the board 110A prepared for a reading section. Consequently, the deformation of the board 110A is prevented when inserting the connector by using the connector inserting jig 2, and a protection glass 110G as the most delicate member among the neighboring members of the connector is not even damaged.
