PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information provision system capable of rapidly providing information desired by a user by easy input operation. SOLUTION: This information provision server transmitting prescribed content information to an information communication terminal operated by the user has: an access history information storage means storing access history information expressing a browsing situation in each user to a Web site; a user information acquisition means acquiring user identification information transmitted from the information communication terminal via a network by depressing a prescribed operation button equipped in the information communication terminal by the user; a content collection means collecting the prescribed content information from the Web site connected via the network based on the access history information of the user corresponding to the acquired user identification information; and a content transmission means transmitting the collected content information to the information communication terminal.
