PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cashier of a specific store from receiving all remaining cash for change, and to enable a cashier of another store to receive cash. SOLUTION: Each cash register to receive cash to be used as change is registered in a storage part 7, and the number of near ends of each denomination of cash to be used as change is stored in a storage part 7, and when the remaining cash to be used as change reaches the near ends when dispensing cash to be used as change in a cash register, the remaining cash is divided by the number of registered cash registers for the denominations of cash which has reached the near ends, and the calculated quantity is defined as the subsequent available quantity.
