CARRIER TRUCK, METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF STOP POSITION, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hour and time required for starting a carrier system and changing of the carrier system when performing installation location change of an equipment even if the carrier system includes a number of devices. SOLUTION: In an OHT carrier truck 1 for running and stopping on a track, and for supplying objects to be carried or picking up the objects to be carried, a reference image storing unit stores a reference image. A bar code detecting unit 33 detects a bar code 25 attached to a rail 10. A cruise distance measuring unit measures a cruise distance from the bar code 25. A cruise indicating unit makes the OHT carrier truck 1 stop when the cruise distance becomes a predetermined distance. A CCD camera 2 picks up images including the rail 10 when the OHT carrier truck 1 stops. A stop position determining unit determines as being stopped at a targeted stop position if these differences are within a reference value by comparing the reference image read from the reference image storing unit with the images picked up by the CCD camera 2.
