PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a product having a high quality finish by accurate positioning relative to a working or dyeing mechanism even if having dimensional change caused by the elongation and contraction of a textile article in the working or dyeing processes of the textile article. SOLUTION: This method for working and dyeing the textile article includes a step of fixing the textile article at a prescribed position of a frog like fixing stage, a step of dyeing the textile article in a state of being fixed on the frog like fixing stage by using a dip-dyeing device, a step of pretreatment before printing for removing the wrinkles and distortion of the textile article, a step of printing a desired pattern on the textile article by an inkjet printing, a step of turning the textile article upside down on the fixing stage, setting position, fixing, then printing by the inkjet printing again when printing a pattern on its reverse side, a step of after treatment after printing such as steaming, etc., and a step of cutting the textile article along a desired line, wherein the steps other than the step of fixing the textile article on the prescribed position of the frog like fixing stage are optionally selected.
