PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester-based resin composition having degradability in natural environment, and molding stability, providing a molded article having excellent surface characteristics and mechanical characteristics, and capable of inhibiting the deterioration of the appearance caused by bleeding of an oligomer. SOLUTION: The polyester-based resin composition comprises (A) an aliphatic polyester-based resin, (B) an aromatic-aliphatic copolyester-based resin and (C) a metal salt of a fatty acid. The composition range thereof is regulated so that the ratio of the aliphatic polyester-based resin (A) to the aromatic-aliphatic copolyester-based resin (B) is (30:70)-(98:2) (by weight), and the amount of the metal salt (C) of the fatty acid is 0.03-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the total of the aliphatic polyester-based resin (A) and the aromatic-aliphatic copolyester-based resin (B). The deterioration of the appearance of the molded article by the bleeding of the oligomer can be inhibited while keeping the good moldability, biodegradability and molded article properties by compounding a specific amount of the metal salt of the fatty acid with a compound of the aliphatic polyester-based resin with the aromatic-aliphatic copolyester-based resin.
