PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic, which is usable in wide sectors, such as a skincare, bodycare and haircare cosmetics having excellent functionality with no oily feeling and high stability with time, and is compounded with a cosmetic preparation having a microemulsified composition being 100 nm or smaller in average particle size and using a highly safe surfactant of natural origin. SOLUTION: The cosmetic comprises 0.1-50.0 wt.% of a cosmetic preparation which is a microemulsified composition being 100 nm or smaller in average particle size, and comprising (1) 5.0-30.0 wt.% of one or more esterification reaction products being 13.0 or greater in HLB number among those each prepared by the esterification reaction between a polyglycerol being 2-10 in average polymerization degree calculated based on its hydroxyl number and one or more fatty acids selected from 8-22C saturated or unsaturated ones, (2) 3.0-20.0 wt.% of glycerol, (3) 60.0 wt.% or less of an oily ingredient being liquid at room temperature and (4) 10.0-50.0 wt.% of water.
