PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound having a phosphoric acid ester bond and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This compound having the phosphoric acid ester bond is characterized by being obtained by reacting a compound having an oxetane ring in its molecule with phosphoric acid, and a method for producing the compound having the phosphoric acid ester bond is characterized by comprising a process of performing the reaction of the compound having the oxetane ring in its molecule with phosphoric acid.
