PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate film for laminated glass, which is composed of a laminated material of a PVB resin layer and an EVA resin layer and which has excellent transparency and resistance to penetration with less temperature dependency. SOLUTION: The intermediate film for laminated glass comprises a laminated material comprising a resin layer (1) containing an ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer and a resin layer (2) containing a polyvinylacetal resin. The resin layer (2) comprises: a polyvinylacetal resin obtained by acetalizing a polyvinyl alcohol by using a 4-6C aldehyde (a) and a 1-3C aldehyde (b); and a plasticizer. The total content of the acetalized unit (A) originating in the aldehyde (a) and the acetalized unit (B) originating in the aldehyde (b) is 60-90 mass% based on the total mass of the polyvinylacetal resin, and the mass ratio (A:B) of the acetalized unit (A) and the acetalized unit (B) is 10:90 to 80:20.
