PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-fogging glass substrate for cutting multiple sheets therefrom to realize efficient production of an anti-fogging glass product having an anti-fogging coating film which exerts a high anti-fogging property and a high durability. SOLUTION: The anti-fogging glass substrate for cutting multiple sheets therefrom is intended for yielding at least two sheets of anti-fogging glass products. The anti-fogging glass substrate comprises a glass substrate and an anti-fogging coating film formed on the glass substrate, provided that the coating film is made of a urethane resin having a water absorption rate of 10-40 wt.%.
