PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise therapy device, capable of improving motivation for an exerciser to continue the exercise therapy. SOLUTION: The exercise therapy device is provided with AV equipment to reproduce contents, a rotation speed detection means provided with a rotating shaft which rotates when torque by exercise is added to detect the rotation speed of the rotating shaft, a display means to display the menu of contents, and display the contents reproduced by the AV equipment, a menu selecting means to display a contents menu when the rotation shaft is rotating in the display means in order, and defines the menu displayed in the display means as the one to be reproduced by the AV equipment when selected on the external, and a reproduction speed setting means for setting to reproduce the contents by the AV equipment at prescribed constant speed or variable speed. The AV equipment reproduces the contents at the prescribed constant speed or the variable speed while the rotating shaft is rotating, and stops reproduction of the contents when the rotating shaft is stopped.
