The method involves specifying a concerned region related to a maxillofacial region of a person. A standard x-ray-computer tomography (CT)-image of the specified region is generated by an image processing device based on dental arch reference information. The generated standard x-ray-CT-image of the specified region is displayed on a display device (88). Image data of the maxillofacial region of the person is obtained from x-ray-computer tomography for whole maxilla of the person.
