The device (4) has two elastic foils (5), which overlaps in a removal area for moist clothes. The foils are arranged in a frame (9). The removal area is formed within an opening of the frame. The frame consists of a plastics foil and has a thickness of more than 400 micrometers. The device is arranged at a wall of a packaging container (1). The foils are connected with the frame by a heat seal joint. The frame is prefabricated and is held as a preliminary product during manufacturing of the packaging container. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a packaging container comprising wall sections (2) a method for producing a closure device.
