摘要 <p>The invention relates to a method for making a contact temperature sensor to be used at an exploitation temperature T&lt;SUB&gt;u&lt;/SUB&gt;, that comprises the following steps: a) providing a carbon fibre having a length L and a micrometric diameter; b) thermally processing the fibre at a temperature T&lt;SUB&gt;1&lt;/SUB&gt; higher than 800°C and higher than the sensor exploitation temperature T&lt;SUB&gt;u&lt;/SUB&gt;; full-layer deposition onto the fibre, at a deposition temperature T&lt;SUB&gt;D&lt;/SUB&gt;, of a coating layer of an electrically insulating ceramic material that is stable at the sensor exploitation temperature T&lt;SUB&gt;u&lt;/SUB&gt;, the ceramic material being selected from silica (SiO&lt;SUB&gt;2&lt;/SUB&gt;), zirconia (ZrO&lt;SUB&gt;2&lt;/SUB&gt;), and alumina (A1&lt;SUB&gt;2&lt;/SUB&gt;O&lt;SUB&gt;3&lt;/SUB&gt;); d) thermally processing the fibre coated with the coating layer at a temperature T&lt;SUB&gt;2&lt;/SUB&gt; higher than the coating layer deposition temperature T&lt;SUB&gt;D&lt;/SUB&gt; and higher than the sensor exploitation temperature. The invention also relates to a method for making a contact temperature sensor, that comprises the above a) and b) steps as well as the following steps: c') full-layer deposition onto the fibre, at a deposition temperature T&lt;SUB&gt;D1&lt;/SUB&gt;, of a first coating layer of if silicon carbide; d') full-layer deposition onto the first coating layer, at a deposition temperature T&lt;SUB&gt;D2&lt;/SUB&gt;, of a second coating layer of boron nitride; thermally processing the fibre thus obtained at a temperature T2 higher than the deposition temperatures T&lt;SUB&gt;D1&lt;/SUB&gt; et T&lt;SUB&gt;D2&lt;/SUB&gt; and higher than the sensor exploitation temperature T&lt;SUB&gt;u&lt;/SUB&gt;.</p>
