<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a range hood having superior construction performance and transporting property, and easily horizontally aligned with an adjacently disposed wall cabinet. <P>SOLUTION: An exhaust port 2 is formed on one face of a housing 1 opened downward, an air distribution fan motor is mounted on the housing 1 to constitute an air distribution unit 3, and the air distribution unit 3 is attached from a lower side to a hood 5 having an opening 4 at its top face to constitute the range hood.
