<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder preventing an object from being charged as much as possible when the object is held. <P>SOLUTION: A holder 11 with conductor is attached to a carriage 35 of a hard disk drive device. A conductor 32a is brought into contact with the carriage 35. When a grip part 31 is gripped with fingers of an operator, contact resistance between the carriage 35 and the operator is reduced remarkably. Static electricity of the carriage 35 flows easily to a body of the operator.
