PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality diagnosis system and a diagnostic information management device which are capable of detecting a root abnormality on the basis of detected abnormality diagnostic information. SOLUTION: A diagnostic information management device 3 is connected to a plurality of electronic control devices 2, each of which has an abnormality diagnosis means 21 which diagnoses abnormalities of apparatus on the basis of control data outputted from the other electronic control device 2 and control data of the electronic control device itself, via a network and manages abnormality diagnostic information transmitted from respective electronic control devices 2 and includes a filter means 33 which specifies true abnormality diagnostic information from abnormality diagnostic information received from respective electronic control devices 2.
