PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus wherein its constitution is simple, and its ability to be assembled is good, and further, its attached connecting-terminal cover can be prevented surely from falling. SOLUTION: The terminal cover 50 is constituted out of a cover body 62, a plate-form extracting piece 64 extended vertically from the inside of the cover body 62, and a stopper portion 66 provided at the end of the extracting piece 64. When assembling a digital camera, the extracting piece 64 of the terminal cover 50 is so mounted on a main substrate 76 as to attach thereto a holding frame 78 of a liquid-crystal monitor. In the holding frame 78, a fall preventing portion 78A is so formed as to engage it with the stopper portion 66 and as to prevent the extracting piece 64 from falling. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
