PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubrication structure of a bearing capable of saving labor for maintenance by extending lubrication life. SOLUTION: As shown in (A), grease G is filled between an annular filling chamber 14b and a movable plate 20 in the initial state. When a bearing 12 rotates in this state, the grease G in the vicinity of an end surface of the bearing 12 is gradually deteriorated, and wear powder and the like are mixed in the grease G in the vicinity of the end surface of the bearing 12. As shown in (B), when the movable plate 20 starts to move in a direction separating from the bearing 12 in replacing grease, the deteriorated grease G<SB>O</SB>moves along with the movable plate 20 in a state held to a holding part 21, and non-deteriorated grease G<SB>N</SB>is pressed by the movable plate 20. Thereby, the non-deteriorated grease G<SB>N</SB>flows into a guide opening 28 from an inflow opening 27, and is spouted out from a discharge opening 29, and the non-deteriorated grease G<SB>N</SB>is filled between a tip surface of the holding part 21 and an end surface of the bearing 12.
