PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump installation structure for allowing easy installation of a new pump even when utilizing an existing base for renewing a pump, and to provide a pump installation method and a pump machine site. SOLUTION: An adjusting base 40 is installed on the existing base 20 installed around a pump installation hole 10 at its upper side so that the upper face of the adjusting base 40 is horizontal. A clearance formed between the existing base 20 and the adjusting base 40 is infilled with a resin filling material 60, and the adjusting base 40 and the existing base 20 are fixed to each other with a mounting bolt 80.
