PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the total inspection of defects of a seal part in each container reliably in a non-contact manner while a large number of bag-shaped containers with spouts having the seal part by holding the spout between overlapped sheets and sticking the sheets to each other being formed on a peripheral edge of the containers are conveyed by a conveyor or the like. SOLUTION: A first radio tag including a conductive plate part 6, an insulating chip 7 and an antenna coil 8, and a second radio tag composed of a conductive plate part 10, an insulating chip 11, and an antenna coil 12 are arranged on a seal part formed on a peripheral edge of a container so that both radio tags do not overlap. The electromagnetic waves of the predetermined resonance frequency are respectively transmitted with the time difference to each radio tag, and the returned electromagnetic waves of the predetermined resonance frequency to be returned from each radio tag are respectively detected according to the transmitted electromagnetic wave.
