PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camber angle setting method capable of enhancing the traveling stability based on the characteristic of wheels, in particular, the straight traveling stability at a high speed while ensuring uneven wear resistance. SOLUTION: The method includes the camber thrust characteristic value (CT) to be determined based on the product of the camber angle (CA) and the camber thrust power (CThp), and the ply steer characteristic value (PS) to indicate the force for generating the thrust angle (β) to indicate the angle formed by the vehicle center line in plan view of the vehicle and the vehicle advancing direction. The camber setting ratio (CT/PS) to indicate the ratio of the camber thrust characteristic value (CT) to the ply steer characteristic value (PS) is set to be≥0.8, and the camber angle (CA) is set symmetrically with the vehicle center line as a reference.
