PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the motorcycle exhaust device which can secure a banking angle while keeping the necessary area of an exhaust gas passage. SOLUTION: A connecting pipe 36 for connecting a left exhaust pipe 34 and a right exhaust pipe 34' so as to communicate with each other is arranged within the range C surrounded by the bottom surface 16d' of an engine 3 and a left side banking angle line ma and a right side banking angle line mb in a view in the forward and backward direction of the motor cycle.
