The turbine has interconnected wind wheels fitted with wind receiving plates (2), where the wind wheels with same or different dimensions are mounted on shafts interconnected with each other. The wind wheels are manufactured from a wind wheel table. The wind receiving plates are arranged at top and bottom of wind wheel disks. A wind cover prevents rotation of the wind wheels at adverse winds.
