<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system, capable of preventing a situation such that only one information processing system acquires device information, and the other information processing system cannot acquire the device information. <P>SOLUTION: An information distribution part which functions on one PC acquires, when a device is connected to the other PC (S305:YES), device information from an information distribution part which functions on the other PC (S310), and acquires, when the device is connected to the own PC (S305: NO), the device information from the device (S315). The device information obtained thus is distributed to a plurality of clients. In this distribution, when the client is the information distribution part which functions on the other PC (S325:YES), the device information is transmitted to the other PC (S330), and when it is the client which functions on the own PC (S325: NO), the device information is stored in a buffer corresponding to the client (S335-S340). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
