PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a power storage device from being overcharged due to unexpected causes or the like when executing operation of an auxiliary machine during the vehicle stop in a power supply controller. SOLUTION: A power supply controller 10 includes a secondary battery 12, an SMR 14, a DC/DC converter 16, a low-voltage battery 18, an M/G inverter 20 for a motor/generator 8, an A/C inverter 22 for an air-conditioning air compressor 24, and a control part 40. The control part 40 acquires a request to execute vehicle interior air-conditioning during the vehicle stop, monitors a shift-position state and an SOC while monitoring charge/discharge currents on the basis of data of a current detection part 30 or the like, and executes opening/closing control of the SMR 14 on the basis of the monitoring result of the charge/discharge currents.
