PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet joint structure in which a lap joint portion between waterproof sheets hardly becomes a hindrance to other objects. SOLUTION: In the waterproof sheet joint structure in which peripheral edges of a pair of the waterproof sheets S1, S2 adjacent to each other via the lap joint portion 1 having a predetermined width, are watertightly connected together on a waterproof substrate G, the peripheral edges of the waterproof sheets S1, S2 are abutted on each other, and the lap joint portion 1 is formed by bonding a band-shaped jointing waterproof sheet S3 to lower surfaces of the abutted peripheral edges along a peripheral edge longitudinal direction. A portion of the waterproof substrate G located under the lap joint portion 1 is provided with a hollowed portion 3 having a depth equal to the thickness of the jointing waterproof sheet S3, and the jointing waterproof sheet S3 of the lap joint portion 1 is fitted into the hollowed portion 3.
