PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form member with a mounting means, and a concrete wall forming method. SOLUTION: The form member forms a form for a slab of a building, a concrete foundation or a concrete wall. The form member is composed of a synthetic resin foam which can also be left as a part of the foundation or the wall, etc. after the hardening of concrete poured into the form. Additionally, the form member includes the mounting means for an interior material or the like protruding through the foam to the outside on the opposite side to the inner surface of the form of the foam, from the inside of the foam.
