DRUM TYPE WASHING-DRYING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the high-quality finishing state of laundry with sufficient smoothing of the twining and twisting deeply engraved in the laundry after a spin-drying step and with few wrinkles. SOLUTION: A rotary drum 4 formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape is set inside a water tub in such a way that the direction of the rotating axis is horizontal or inclined downward from the horizontal direction from the opened front side to the back side as the bottom. The washing machine has a forward/reverse arc rotation driving mode in which the forward arc rotation and reverse arc rotation of a rotary drum 4 formed in a bottom cylindrical shape at an angle larger than 90 degrees and smaller than 200 degrees are alternately repeated under the above condition.
