PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe and an insole for a ready-made shoe for correcting the abnormal inclination of the foot when walking and making it possible to walk in a correct posture. SOLUTION: The insole includes: an insole body 42 provided with a bottom surface mounting part 43 to be spread on the inner bottom surface 22 of the ready-made shoes 21 and an inner side wing piece part 44 and an outer side wing piece part 45 extended from the bottom surface mounting part 43; and a pad 31 bonded and fixed to the inner side wing piece part 44 and the outer side wing piece part 45. For the inner side wing piece part 44, the arrangement facing a back leather part 23 at a position facing an inner side face region from the inner side cuneiform bone to the first metatarsus side is freely extended. For the outer side wing piece part 102, the arrangement facing the back leather part 23 at the position facing an outer side face region from the cuboid bone to the fifth metatarsus side is freely extended. The pad 31 is provided with a thinned slope part 32 on the peripheral edge part 33, is bonded and fixed to the respective back surfaces 44a and 45a of the inner side wing piece part 44 and the outer side wing piece part 45 making the side of the slope part 32 face them, and is formed by providing an adhesive layer 34 on the surface side facing the back leather part 23 of the ready-made shoes 21.
