PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyhydroxybutyrate resin composition which little leaves combustion residues, is friendly to environments, is high in strength, rigidity, load-deflection temperature, and is stable in quality. SOLUTION: This polyester fiber-reinforced polyhydroxybutyrate resin composition is characterized by comprising 100 pts.mass of polyhydroxybutyrate and/or a polyhydroxybutyrate copolymer (A) and 5 to 150 pts.mass of polyester fibers (B) comprising a polyester having a melting point of≥225°C. In a preferable embodiment, the polyester fiber-reinforced polyhydroxybutyrate resin composition uses conjugated fibers comprising a polyester having a melting point of≥225°C as the cores and an aliphatic polyester having a melting point of 50 to 220°C as the sheath as the polyester fibers (B).
