PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic-resistant low-friction coated film having electrostatic and abrasion resistances and high hardness in combination thereof and to provide an electrostatic-resistant low-friction coating. SOLUTION: The electrostatic-resistant low-friction coated film is a coated film formed on the surface of a plastic material and capable of imparting electrostatic, abrasion and scratch resistances and high hardness to the surface of the plastic material. The electrostatic-resistant low-friction coating is characterized by nearly uniformly dispersing CNT (carbon nano-tubes)/SiC (silicon carbide) composite microparticles 2 in which the surface of SiC microparticles 4 is coated with the CNT 3 in an organic polymer coated film.
