PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefin-based thermoplastic elastomer molded article having slight environmental loading, excellent scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and heat aging resistance in comparison with a conventional instrument panel skin. SOLUTION: The polyolefin-based thermoplastic elastomer molded article is obtained by subjecting powder of an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer composition composed of a syndiotacticα-olefin-based copolymer (A) and a polyolefin resin (B) to slush molding. The syndiotacticα-olefin-based copolymer (A) comprises (a-1) a propylene-derived repeating unit, (a-2) an ethylene-derived repeating unit, (a-3) a repeating unit derived from at least one kind of an olefin selected from 4-20C olefins and, if necessary, (a-4) a repeating unit derived from at least one kind of a polyene selected from a conjugated polyene and a nonconjugated polyene.
