PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a vibration-resistant property of a device having support legs mounted on a pallet, and to prevent a mounting member for mounting the device on the pallet and amounting section of the device from deforming and damaging by sufficiently restraining large oscillation of the device when large vibration and shocks are added. SOLUTION: In a device mounting structure to a pallet for mounting the device 20 having the support legs 21 on the pallet 10, an elastic support member 13 for supporting the support legs of the device, and an elastomer 35 is arranged on the pallet 10, an elastomer 35 absorbing vertical shocks is also arranged on the mounting member 30 for mounting the device on the pallet 10.
