The multistage gear box comprises a power unit (An) and an output (Ab) arranged in a housing (G), planetary trains(P1,P2,P3), rotary shafts (1,2,3,4,5,6) and switching elements (03,04,05,14,16,26). A shaft is constantly connected with the power unit and the sun wheel of the planetary train, and is constantly connected with the power unit and the hollow wheel of another planetary train. Multiple shafts are coupled to the housing of gear drive by brakes, and the shafts are interconnected in detachable manner by clutches.
