The elevator motor (2) comprises a rotary driving drum (6) forming hollow body (4), in which an electrical driving motor is arranged with a front side support (8). The driving drum is formed part of the hollow body at its outer circumference of the front side support. An extending supporting part (12) is bridged in an area of the driving drum. The supporting part (12a) or the supporting part (12) altogether at its two ends is detachable connected with its respective connecting unit.
