PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform sending-out control or sending-out request of network control information in order to reduce radio wave interference with another wireless network system.

SOLUTION: In the network control information sending device of this invention, network information for controlling radio network system is sent out. The network control information sending device includes a network control information send-out controlling device for sending out no network control information usually and sending out the network control information when a control information send-out request is received from outside. The network control information send-out request device of this invention includes a control information send-out confirming means for confirming whether there is send-out of the network control information or not, and a control information send-out request means for transmitting a network control information send-out request signal when the network control information is not send out by a control information send-out confirming means.
