<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver capable of efficiently receiving radio waves while suppressing power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The receiver is provided with an antenna element part for receiving radio waves, an antenna matching part including a low noise amplifier connected to the antenna element part, and a control part for controlling a low noise amplifying part on the basis of a signal received by the antenna element part.
